A LONG-WHEELBASE Range Rover has been showcased at the Los Angeles Auto Show. Decked out in exclusive Autobiography Black specification, the LWB Range Rover has 7.3 inches more legroom for rear passengers, along with back seats that now recline by 17 degrees compared to the standard version’s eight degrees. Ford in Austria has finally let loose some concrete information on the much anticipated 2009 Ford Focus RS, which looks set to be one barn-stormer of a car. With almost 300bhp, a 0-60 time in the high 5 seconds and a top speed of 164mph, the Focus RS looks an enticing package for the boy racers. Austrian prices are quoted at €39,000, which at today’s rotten rates equates to about £32.5k.
Chrysler Group will cut short the Chrysler 200 sedan's 2014 model year to launch a redesigned version in January. Internal Chrysler documents indicate that the 2014 Chrysler 200 will start production in July at Chrysler's Sterling Heights plant in suburban Detroit and end in the second week of January. Normally, production of the 2014 model would run well into 2014.
